Bradley Sherman has all clients with children draft Parenting Plans. Parenting Plans are required by Florida statute, but they also help client’s develop goals early on in their case. When your paying an attorney, you want your goals to be as detailed as possible. Otherwise, you will waste attorney fees figuring out what you need – sometimes when it is too late.

Mediation is also required by Florida Judges. Bradley Sherman will make sure you have access to the best mediator (those who experienced at bringing parties together for the purpose of settlement).
